I sit here, writing in the 37 degree heat, thinking over all the moments that have been had this summer, the moments we can never get back, holding onto them like the last wisps of memory, until all that is left of them are a small collection of blurry pix.
Now is the time that we start setting our alarms for 6am, trying in vain to get back into that dreaded routine that school seems to dictate. New books to be covered, respectable haircuts, the blond highlights that summer has so generously granted, chopped off, uniforms being ironed as we pack away most of the sun and fun for another year.
The Summer of 2016/2017 has been a particularly interesting one for me, and although I seem to have not shared very much of it with you, trust me when I say it was better than most. I’ve travelled to the very hottest, then the very coldest of temperatures, grinned in the blissful moments of a new year, made new friends, caught up with old ones and all in all, had an amazing time.
Now I intend to show you snippets of a few moments that have happened this summer.
Fun times @ pre Chrissie lunch
Flumeeeeeee
Picnics with imi are always messy
Stylish but slightly sweaty G at the Carriageworks
Looking kinda unhappy at the fact that I’m travelling on a seemingly unstable railway over a large gorge.
When it gets too hot + u really can’t be bothered to do anything but stay at home…
The only cute sibling photo I’ll ever get.
And here is a fun outfit that I had some fun taking photos of w/ Imi.
All ma clothes are thrifted.
For some reason I couldn’t get the last 2 pix to go in straight
I’ve been doing some deep fried stalks, and I wanna share some kewl interweb STUFF.
